This program attempts to match eBay login names with their eBay assigned code names
for bidders on the two auction sites ebay.com and ebay.de.
The output from "Unique Code Names Only" is a subset of that from "All Known Code Names".
Since the Output from "All Known Code Names" is potentially confusing, the default has
been set to "Unique Code Names Only". It is recommended that the Help File is read before
studying the output from "All Known Code Names".
"Unique Code Names Only" are Login Names which are not attached to more than one Code.
"All Known Code Names" show all Login Names currently attached to an individual Code.
