"Local" meetings are usually arranged twice yearly, in the Spring and in the Autumn.

We have been conscious for some time that our friends residing 'north of Watford Gap' 

have not been well served when it comes to our local meetings.  In order to rectify 

this omission, Wendy Rath has arranged meeting facilities at the Wagon & Horses pub 

in Hawkshaw on the A676 Bolton Road about 3 miles NNE of Bolton.


The pub will open from 11.00am for the start of our meeting. Wendy will be hosting tea

and coffee on our arrival.  Sandwiches and pub lunches will be available from the bar.

Apart from our usual discussion, the featured topic will be DIY slide rule kits and 

related items.

As usual please also bring your latest and unusual items to share with the rest of us.

We hope as many members will be able to attend and we look forward to meeting new and 

old faces alike.



Anyone who would like to organise a local meeting in their area is welcome to
